Privacy notice

Business Logix LLC operates Not A Programmer at notaprogrammer.com. This notice explains information handling for this website and its contact form.

Information you provide

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Company name and phone number are optional. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, handle privacy requests and maintain relevant correspondence. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to calls or text-message marketing.

Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential workplace/customer data. The form does not accept file attachments.

Hosting and technical information

Hostinger hosts the website. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, pages requested and browser details to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. Their handling is described in Hostinger’s privacy policy.

Article content is published through WordPress, but reading the public site does not require a WordPress account. Downloads are served directly from this website. We have not enabled visitor analytics, advertising trackers or newsletter signup. Website code does not intentionally save contact messages in browser storage. Search runs in your browser, but a search query can appear in the page address, browser history and hosting logs when a URL containing it is requested. Hosting/security providers and the contact-page verification service may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms; we have not added analytics or advertising cookies.

Contact delivery and spam protection

When you send the form, your submission is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our private inbox. Web3Forms uses infrastructure and spam-prevention providers; its policy describes processing of submission data and possible sharing of submitter IP/email information for spam detection. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy.

The contact page uses hCaptcha to help prevent automated submissions. Loading the verification widget sends technical information to its provider, which may use cookies or similar security mechanisms. See hCaptcha’s privacy policy. The page offers a separate button to load this verification, rather than loading it on every website page.

We do not use contact submissions to sign you up for a newsletter. We do not sell contact information or use it for targeted advertising. Ordinary provider processing is still required for delivery and security.

Retention and international processing

Contact submissions can exist in Web3Forms’ systems and in our email provider and inbox. Web3Forms currently describes submission retention of up to three years, subject to its plan and deletion settings. Email correspondence may remain while needed to handle an inquiry, keep relevant business records or meet applicable obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from provider logs or backups.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their infrastructure and transfer practices.

Your choices and privacy requests

Company and phone fields are optional. You can choose not to submit the form. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you, or to object to certain processing.

Use the contact form and choose Privacy request. Include the email address used in the original inquiry and enough detail to identify your request; do not send identity documents through the form. We may need reasonable verification before responding to a request involving personal information. This website is intended for business professionals rather than children.
